How do I return an item?
Due to the seasonal and personal nature of our products, we have a limited exchange and return policy. No returns or exchanges are accepted on special orders, hats, masks, hosiery, wigs removed from their original packaging, accessories or undergarments.
How to exchange:
1. Place a new order for the costume you want to exchange it for. We will send it out within 1 business day via your peferred shipping method
2. Fill out the exchange/returns form describing the reason for exchange and noting the order number of your new order. Securely package the unworn costume in all of its original packaging complete with all pieces and the return form.
Mail the package back to us via your preferred shipping method.
3. When we recieve the costume and confirm it has not been worn, washed or damaged we will issue a refund of your original purchase price in the original form of payment. We reserve the right to evaluate all costumes
All shipping fees are non refundable
How to Return:

2. When we recieve the costume and confirm it has not been worn, washed or damaged we will issue a refund of your original purchase price in the original form of payment. Returned costumes that have obviously been worn, washed or damaged by the purchaser will not be refunded or issued a merchant credit. We reserve the right to evaluate the condition of the costume.
All shipping fees are non refundable
If there is a problem with your costume - if it is the wrong costume, missing parts or is damaged, please contact us via email at info@misskittyscostumes.com.au within 3 business days of reciept.
All returns or exchanges recieved after 15 days will be issued a store credit only.
